(ATTRIBUTES)

(Previous/Next) Bookmark Buttons

The Bookmark button (top image shown left) sets or removes a bookmark(s) for the currently selected translation unit(s).  The Previous Bookmark and Next Bookmark buttons allow backward and forward navigation between bookmarked items within the translation project.

(Previous/Next) Re-Check Marker Buttons

Sets/Removes a re-check marker(s) for the currently selected item(s).  The Previous Re-Check Item and Next Re-Check Item buttons allow backward and forward navigation between re-check items within the translation project.

Show Re-Check Items Only Buttons

Used to fill the Text Table view with only those items which have had a re-check marker assigned to them.  This is a useful option for quickly identifying and locating translation units requiring review.

Task Marker Button

Adds or removes a task marker to/from the selected item.  Click the arrow on the rightmost part of the button to call up two related commands- Next Task Marker and Previous Task Marker- to change the selection/focus to the next or previous item with a task marker assigned to it.

Edit Note Button

Opens a dialog box to enter/edit a note for the currently selected item.

Exclude from Translation (Current Language) Button

Sets/Removes the "exclude from translation" attribute (XLIFF "translate" attribute) for the currently selected item(s).  Click the rightmost part of the button to open a menu with more commands related to excluding items from translation.

Lock Button

Sets/Removes the "lock" attribute for the currently selected translation unit(s).

Unique Translation Button

Sets/Removes the "unique translation" attribute for the currently selected translation unit(s).

(STATE FLAGS)

Translation Status Button

Provides the (XLIFF standard) translation status designations ("state flags"), any of which can be set for the currently selected translation unit(s).

Approved Button

Sets/Removes the "approved" attribute for the currently selected translation unit(s).
